Refund policy

Refund request when order isn't processed in the given time duration
If a customer has not received the requested service(s) or any update from our side then he/she can claim the amount paid for the service(s) from us and we shall be responsible for the refund of the amount as early as possible to the customer. In such cases, you simply need to mail us at apekgroupindia@gmail.com with your order details(Order No) within 7 days from the date of promised delivery.

If a customer requests to cancel the order when we have started working on it then it should be our choice whether to refund or not.
