After the service is delivered by Apek Translation Services Pvt. Ltd, if any errors are left from our side to be corrected, They will be made without any additional charge at the earliest convenience. If we had shown your work before delivering or printing or dispatching then we may charge you a nominal fee to prepare another set of documents.

Please ensure that you inspect the delivery as soon as you receive it. If there is any issue from our side, inform us of the same at apekgroupindia@gmail.com so that we can fix the issues and arrange the delivery again. Once the service has been delivered, ownership of the delivered work is transferred to you from us.

Shipment Status & Order Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) will be processed within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of orders. A Whatsapp confirmation with Order No. will be sent to all the customers upon placing the order.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
